How Do We Collect Your Information:
2. Information You Provide
Jockey collects information you enter on our Site or on other Jockey digital properties (including information collected when placing an order or joining the Jockey Rewards® program). In addition, Jockey collects information you provide in Jockey stores, when you sign up for Jockey Rewards® program, when you contact Jockey Consumer Care representatives and when you contact Jockey by other means (including, on social media, via online marketplaces and via letter). Jockey may collect or ask you to provide certain types of information (including personal information) when you:

Contact Jockey Consumer Care (by phone, email, letter or through other means). Jockey’s online chat function for consumer care is facilitated by Kustomer, Inc., Jockey’s third-party party vendor that provides Jockey a customer relations management tool. As part of its services, Kustomer, Inc. may record and house copies of chat transcripts.
3. Navigational Information
Each time you visit the Site or any other Jockey owned and operated website, navigational information may be automatically collected. Navigational information includes your domain name/type, internet service provider, internet protocol address and browser, and site preferences. The navigational information tells us about your visit and other users' visits to our Site, including aggregate information on what web pages were most visited, the time a user last visited our Site, and the technical efficiencies of our Site and services, such as, the time it takes a visitor to connect to our Site. We use this information to better understand your experience with our Site, to enhance its content and services, and to deliver improved features, services and products for your convenience. This helps allow us to provide you with a more personalized experience regardless of how you interact with Jockey (i.e. online, in store, mobile, etc.).
4. Automated Information Collection (including Third-Party)
Jockey may connect information collected automatically with information Jockey already has about you in order to identify you as a Jockey customer or a Jockey Rewards Member. In order to provide you with the best experience possible and to assist in Jockey’s business operations, Jockey also uses automated information collection technologies for reporting and analysis purposes. Jockey examines metrics such as how you are shopping on our website, in our stores, the performance of our marketing efforts, and your response to those marketing efforts.
Jockey and our service providers use anonymous identifiers such as cookies and other technologies to collect and store certain types of information whenever you interact with Jockey. The types of information collected from these anonymous identifiers include click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements/links clicked or scrolled over, hardware/software information, cookie and session ID). We also may allow third-party companies to place tags on our digital properties. The tags may collect information from your interactions on Jockey.com. Jockey's Privacy Policy does not cover these third-party companies. You can contact such third-party companies directly for more information about their privacy policy and your choices regarding the tags and information collected by the tags.
5. Social Media Widgets
Jockey's sites (including this Site) and mobile application(s) may include social media features, such as the Facebook, Pinterest, and X (formally known as Twitter) widgets. These features may collect information about you such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Site. They may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies to accomplish this. Social media features and widgets may be hosted by a third-party. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.
6. Mobile Location Information
Mobile Location Information If you use a mobile device, your device may share location information (when you enable location services) with our websites (including this Site), mobile application(s), services or our service providers.
7. Cameras
We may use cameras in and around Jockey retail stores for operational purposes such as measuring traffic patterns and tracking in-stock levels. Cameras may also be used for fraud detection, theft prevention and security.
8. Information From Other Sources
Jockey collects information about you from other sources to enhance our existing information about you and to improve the accuracy of our records. This improves our ability to contact you and increases the relevance of our marketing.
How Does Jockey Use Personal Information?
Jockey uses the personal information you provide to us and that we obtain about you, as detailed above, for a variety of purposes such as: to communicate with you, to process transactions, to deliver products and services that you ordered, to fulfill your requests and respond to your inquiries, to help Jockey Consumer Care representatives resolve any issues you may have, to identify fraud, for verification purposes, to improve Jockey's services, for analysis purposes, and to provide you with information about our products, services and the Site. How Does Jockey Use Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising Analytics?
The Site utilizes "cookies" and third-party interest-based advertising analytics, including GOOGLE Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta, and Google Display Network. Such information is non-identifiable, aggregate demographic information, for example, age, gender, interests. Cookies and interest-based information help us to improve your overall experience with the Site, provide you with a more personalized shopping experience and enable you to fully interact with and complete your transaction on the Site. How Does Jockey Protect Your Information?
Jockey is committed to protecting your information. We have established industry standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help ensure that only authorized members of our workforce with a valid business need are granted access to information supplied by customers. Other controls we use include, but are not limited to, authentication mechanisms, firewalls, antivirus software, and encryption technologies for transferring consumer data with our Site. Jockey also requires its vendors and partners to abide by its policies and procedures related to the proper handling of customers' personal information. Additionally, Jockey performs periodic security reviews to help ensure that unauthorized individuals do not have access to your personal information. However, no e-commerce solution, website, mobile application, database or system is completely secure or "hacker proof." Jockey shares the information we collect with Jockey's various wholly owned subsidiaries to improve customer experience across Jockey companies. In addition, Jockey uses reputable third parties to help us provide services to you such as:

In addition, Jockey cooperates in advertising member networks and data cooperatives with other consumer entities where Jockey may share your personal information such as name, postal address and general purchase information for marketing / commercial purposes. These advertising networks and co-ops may inform you about products or services that might interest you. Data obtained through the short code program will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing reasons/purposes. Please note that by unsubscribing to Jockey's communication or by withdrawing consent, some services offered to you by Jockey may become unavailable (which may include the Jockey Rewards® program). After submitting a request to delete, your personal information will be deleted, including your online accounts and Jockey Rewards Memberships. Deletion removes all related records, including all Jockey Reward points, benefits, and available promotions. We are not able to reinstate and you will no longer accrue these after deletion. Additionally, removal from Jockey's contact list will not stop you from receiving email communications related to any online purchase that you make with Jockey.

13. Nondiscrimination
Exercising your rights to request access to the information kept about you, or a request to delete such information, will not result in any increased costs or other discriminatory actions. Jockey may keep certain pieces of information after a verified request for deletion where required to do so under applicable laws.
14. California Resident Verification
You will be required to submit information to validate your identity which may include: name, address, email, phone number, or order history when making a request under the CCPA and CPRA. Jockey will use this information to search our systems and determine if we have information about you. If we are able to locate information about you, we will fulfill your access and/or deletion request. Jockey will ensure that such information is provided to you in an easily accessible format and will be provided free of charge unless access fees are allowed by law. If we are not able to match the information you submitted, we may not be able to fulfill your request, in which case, this Privacy Policy outlines the categories of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share as provided in more detail above. In addition, Jockey may require additional verification to the extent permitted by law. Verification may consist of any combination of the following inquiries by Jockey: 1) a description of recent order history; 2) login information for a Jockey account, if one exists; 3) general information such as a billing or shipping address matching Jockey records; or, 4) any other methods necessary and appropriate to determine the validity of the access request.

15. Financial Incentives
Participation in the Jockey Rewards® program requires Jockey to retain certain categories of personal information, of the type noted elsewhere in this Policy (see also Jockey Rewards Terms and Conditions for more information). If a California resident requests the deletion of all personal information in Jockey's possession, the resident may not be able to participate in the Jockey Rewards® program and receive financial incentives in the form of receiving points based upon purchases which can be used to discount the price of future purchases unless such information is recollected and stored with their authorization.
16. California Minors
If you are a California resident under 18 years old and a registered user, you can request that we remove content or information that you have posted to the Site or other online services. Note that fulfilment of the request may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal (e.g., if the content or information has been reposted by another user). Right to correct inaccuracies in their personal data, considering the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing.
Right to have their personal data deleted.
